this wk odac training for VM. quite tiring. cos the last few sessions has been a lil slacker. muscle aching this v moment. haha. and, the x-physique-ians did a great job le. i know they've done their best. yep yep. you all rock. haha sure u all had an experience of a lifetime hor~?? hahaha. we all jiayou for VM together also la!! haha. =)
