boo~ the rain's back yesterday. and it was a UBER heavy one.

i'm getting stressed up by the job. first u have to meet quotas. 100 calls a day. not like very easy.
second, u have to get the correct pple to pick up ur manager calls for u and not make use of the kind souls that always happen to be there and you always throw nasty manager calls to kind kind souls. after a while u jus tend to feel badd.
third, u have to handle cable calls which are a freaky none of my business cos i'm from mobile callback team. and u have to take down their ctc number and tell them we will call them back in A FREAKING 4-5 DAYS. omg. its 4-5 DAYS mind you. how could u ever say it out?!?! u try ur best to transfer calls over to cable for assistance, some kind collegue of urs from the same co freaking rejects ur calls cos ur not a customer and they dun pick up calls from hivrs. BAHH~ u rather the cust wait like shit for me to retransfer again den to pick up this call of mine to let me transfer him over and settle the prob u can settle SO easily cos u have that DUMB system which i dun understand why XING XING hub is unwilling to let us have to check simple things.
fourth, some cust are jus dumb. but really only some. most of the time, its xingxinghub that is the dumb one, i suppose.
bahh~ this rain is emoing pple again. i better get use to the stress. and the emos. cos i only have one token left, and i used it up last night, i tink. haha.
