Damn it i feel fat already lor. Fat and old. I've not been exercising for so long. Yesterday went to ECP with greenies for outing. Now my legs and hands ache like shit. And what's more, i shared a double bike la. zzz DOUBLE BIKE SHOULD BE MUCH MUCH MUCH easier to cycle. and i'm feeling shagged. Too long no odac training. HAHAHA.
